have questions?
Below you'll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about our products and services.
Yes we can. With the new 3D Cam duct we are able to accept MAJ files, making it quicker for us to begin manufacturing.
You simply just need to give us a drawing. We can input duct manually with Cam-Duct or our Vulcan software.
This does vary depending on the size of the job. We are renowned for our speed and efficiency. Upon ordering we will discuss scheduling with you, and most times we can achieve these deadlines or better. We pride ourselves on meeting everyone’s time frame. We apply the theory “time is money” and realise the importance of this to you.
Depending on how many there are, most times we can achieve same to next day delivery.
We can use spigots manufactured in house (rolled, bead, and complete with butterfly dampers), or a bellmouth type. We can also fit spigots in our workshop, saving installation time on site.
We realise the importance of having contaminate free ductwork. Therefore we will wipe duct clean, and seal all openings with self adhesive plastic.
We can manufacture many products within the HVAC industry. Items such as sub ducts, plinth surrounds, humidifier duct pieces, insulated heater sections, all grille boxes, roof skids, pipe covers, unit support frames, condenser cages, galvanised and stainless steel canopies, and many other items.
Yes we do. We can supply metal boxes, with or without insulation. We can also supply P3 duct board boxes, and swirl diffuser boxes.
We sure do. In fact, we have 2 estimators in our office with over 35 years of experience in the industry between them.
With our highly skilled and professional estimating team we are able to achieve a high volume of quoting with a quick turnaround.
Items we include in all our quotes but not limited to are: all rectangular ductwork, insulation, spigots, filter boxes, flexible connections, grille boxes (if requested), transport, joining hardware, hanging strap, 1.6mm galvanised 50 x 50 angles, over flashings, mesh grilles, access panels (when noted), quad blade dampers, sub ducts, and heater duct sections.
Of course you can. We like to make the tender process as easy as possible. If you have other inclusions just let our staff know.
First of all, your site subcontractor will receive a call regarding when a delivery will be made. Once on site, our truck driver will help unload the duct with your site personnel. Upon installing ductwork, you will notice our duct has a colour coded label indicating a piece number which refers to the numbered piece on the drawing provided. If no numbers are on the drawing, we will number it ourselves and provide you with a labelled drawing.
No job is too small or big for us. We have handled many projects between 1 to 2 million dollars before, but still have plenty of capacity for larger projects.
Yes. We can still manufacture a lot of other items, from tool boxes to trailers sides. We can do almost anything sheet metal.
