RECTANGULAR DUCT MANUFACTURING

We manufacture precise rectangular duct using advanced automated machinery. Each section is produced with consistent sizing, clean edges and reliable finishes, making it suitable for commercial, industrial and residential HVAC projects that require accurate, durable and high performing ductwork.

INSULATED DUCT MANUFACTURING

We supply internally and externally insulated duct that complies with NCC standards. We provide fast turnaround times and dependable insulation quality for a wide range of ductwork applications in both small and large projects.

GRILLE BOXES

We fabricate cushion boxes, return air boxes, exhaust boxes, linear slot boxes and can supply P3 options if required. All grille boxes are available in galvanised, stainless or custom materials, providing reliable airflow solutions for mechanical contractors across commercial and industrial environments.

GENERAL SHEET METAL

We manufacture custom sheet metal items including subducts, security grilles, toolboxes, plinth surrounds, site boxes, frames and roof skids. Every product is fabricated with care and accuracy, giving contractors dependable solutions for commercial, industrial and residential projects.

INSTALLATION

Step 1. Sheet Metal Preparation

This step includes selecting the correct gauge of galvanised, stainless or aluminium sheet and preparing it for fabrication using automated coil lines and CNC cutting systems.

High-accuracy CNC cutting for accuracy and waste savings
Material options suitable for commercial, industrial and residential HVAC needs

Step 2. Duct Fabrication

Using advanced machinery, the duct sections are shaped, folded and assembled according to the required specifications.

Automated I-Fold and Flange systems create precise joins
Straight duct produced with consistent sizing and clean finishes
Suitable for rectangular, insulated, colour-bond and custom ductwork

Step 3. Component Production

This step covers the fabrication of fittings and accessories that support duct systems.

Production of spigots, bellmouths, grille boxes and custom sheet metal products
Accurate cutting and forming to reduce installation time on site
Reliable airflow performance through precise shaping

Step 4. Insulation, Labelling & Packaging

Once fabrication is complete, duct sections and components are insulated (when required), labelled and prepared for delivery.
